Application:
Formulated from high-quality base oils and specially designed high-performance additives, it provides lubrication and protection for single-stage rotary vane pumps and roots pumps.
Ideal for operating conditions where the outlet temperature is below 100°C; synthetic lubricants are recommended for higher temperatures.
Advantage:
Excellent oxidation resistance
Prevents carbon deposit formation
Excellent oil/gas and oil/condensate separation performance
Protects rotor chambers from wear and corrosion
Superior anti-clogging performance to maintain filter efficiency over extended periods

Application:
KVO120 high vacuum oil is suitable for demanding operating conditions, maintaining excellent vacuum performance even under high temperature, high pressure, or high load conditions.
It can be used with various domestic mechanical vacuum pumps, including two-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pumps from brands such as Edwards (UK) and Leybold (Germany).
Performance:
KVO120 high vacuum oil offers a wider operating temperature range than KVO100.
Significantly improved anti-wear performance to reduce interface wear during pump compression.
Excellent oxidation stability, reducing the frequency of oil changes.
Excellent foam characteristics to minimize pump wear caused by overflow or flow interruption.
KVO120 high vacuum pump oil significantly extends pump service life and ensures long-term high-vacuum operation.

Application:
KVO400 is a high vacuum grease formulated from a special low-vapor-pressure oil, ideal for high-vacuum applications.
It can also be used to seal connections in laboratory glassware and as a thread lubricant/sealant.
Performance:
KVO400 vacuum pump oil is used in applications where traditional vacuum pump oils pose safety, waste disposal, and maintenance issues. They are non-flammable, eliminating the risk of pump fires. They are non-reactive and safe for use in oxygen systems. They can replace competitors' PFPE fluids and any other type of vacuum fluid. KVO400 fluids do not contain acetal groups vulnerable to attack by Lewis acids. KVO400 exhibits excellent stability as a vacuum pump fluid. Krytox® vacuum fluids are precisely distilled to provide low vapor pressure and superior performance. Additionally, KVO400 fluids are recyclable.
KVO400 oil contains soluble additives to prevent rust. This patented additive enhances the performance of KVO fluids, providing improved long-term rust protection against moisture and additional corrosion protection for metal components and bearing surfaces.
While KVO fluids are inert and non-reactive with all elastomers, plastics, and metals, the soluble additives in XP products have not been tested on all materials. Initial testing shows no issues with DuPont Teflon®, Kalrez®, Viton®, nitrile rubber, and silicone rubber. The performance of soluble additives may degrade over extended periods at temperatures exceeding 182°C (360°F).
